    • Minimum 3 months at current employer or like field

    • All bankruptcies or OPD’s must be discharged. Maximum one Bankruptcy will be considered

    • 40% TDSR based off of pay stub or verified bank statements (past 60 days average or past year T4/NOA with current employer or in a like field)

    • Minimum of 3 verified references

    • Minimum employment income of $2000/month

    • Valid Alberta/BC address only. No PO Box address’ – must have a physical address

    • The finance company will advance a loan to qualified new immigrants to a max of their working visa time remaining +1 year depending on field
